Welcome to Dele, developed by BREXOFT ("we," "our," or "us").

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Dele accesses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use our application.

By using Dele, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Process

Dele is designed to process most information directly on your device. Depending on the features you use, the application may require access to certain device permissions.

Notification Access

If you enable the Deleted Message Recovery feature, Dele requires Notification Access permission.

This permission allows Dele to read notifications received on your device so that notification content can be stored and displayed within the app when supported.

Notification and recovered message information processed by Dele is stored and processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to BREXOFT's servers.

Photos, Videos, Audio and Files

To provide status-saving and media-management features, Dele may require access to photos, videos, audio files, and documents stored on your device.

Depending on your Android version and the feature being used, Dele may use Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) and applicable Android media permissions to access files or folders that you authorize.

Dele only accesses files necessary to provide the feature you request.

Direct Message Feature

The Direct Message feature allows you to start a conversation using a phone number without saving that number to your contacts.

The phone number you enter is used to open the supported messaging application. Dele does not store the phone number on BREXOFT's servers.

Crash and Diagnostic Information

Dele uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to help identify and fix crashes and other technical problems.

When enabled and applicable, Crashlytics may collect technical information such as:

  • Device model

  • Android version

  • Dele app version

  • Crash logs and stack traces

  • Diagnostic information

  • Technical performance information

  • Device or installation identifiers associated with Crashlytics

This information is used to diagnose crashes, monitor application stability, and improve Dele's reliability.

Crashlytics is not used by Dele to upload or store the content of your personal messages, saved statuses, photos, videos, audio files, or documents.

Ratings and Feedback

Dele includes an optional Ratings and Feedback feature that allows you to provide feedback about your experience with the application.

1–4 Star Ratings

When you select a rating from 1 to 4 stars, Dele prepares a feedback email using your device's available email application. The email may contain:

  • Your selected star rating

  • Any feedback text you enter

  • The application name

  • The application package name

  • The application version

The email is not sent automatically by Dele. You choose whether to send the prepared email through your email application. If you send the email, the information is transmitted according to the privacy practices of your selected email service provider.

5-Star Rating

When you select 5 stars, Dele opens the Google Play review page for the application. You may then choose whether to submit a review. Reviews submitted through Google Play are handled by Google and are subject to Google's applicable policies and privacy practices.

Providing a rating or feedback is optional.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Except as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • We do not create user accounts for Dele.

  • We do not collect Dele account passwords.

  • We do not collect payment information.

  • We do not upload your personal messages to BREXOFT servers.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.

  • We do not use your personal content for advertising.

Information processed locally on your device may remain on your device unless you choose to save, export, share, or otherwise transfer that information using Android or another application.

3. How We Use Information

Information accessed or processed by Dele is used to provide the application's features, including:

  • Recovering and displaying notification information

  • Saving status updates and media

  • Displaying and organizing locally stored content

  • Opening direct conversations

  • Managing media files selected by you

  • Diagnosing crashes and technical problems

  • Improving application stability and reliability

4. Data Storage

Most information processed by Dele remains on your device.

Saved statuses, recovered notification information, and downloaded media may be stored locally until you delete them or remove the application data.

Dele does not operate a server that stores your personal messages, saved statuses, or personal media content.

5. Data Sharing

BREXOFT does not sell or rent your personal information.

Dele does not intentionally share your personal messages, photos, videos, audio files, documents, or saved status content with third parties.

Dele uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to process crash and diagnostic information for application stability and troubleshooting.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

6. Permissions

Depending on your Android version and the features you use, Dele may request access to:

  • Notification Access

  • Photos and Videos

  • Music and Audio

  • Storage Access Framework (SAF)

  • User-selected files and folders

These permissions are used to provide the corresponding features. You can revoke applicable permissions through Android settings, although doing so may prevent certain features from functioning.

7. Children's Privacy

Dele is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a service covered by this Privacy Policy, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action where required.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by Dele.

Information transmitted by Dele's third-party services, such as Firebase Crashlytics, is transmitted using appropriate security measures.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Services

Dele uses trusted third-party services to help maintain application quality and reliability.

Firebase Crashlytics

Dele uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect and process crash reports and diagnostic information.

The information processed by Crashlytics may include device and application information, crash logs, diagnostic information, technical performance information, and relevant identifiers.

This information helps us identify bugs, diagnose crashes, monitor application stability, and improve Dele.

10. Your Choices

You may:

  • Revoke applicable permissions through Android Settings.

  • Delete saved files and content from your device.

  • Clear Dele's application data through Android Settings.

  • Uninstall Dele at any time.

Disabling certain permissions or clearing application data may cause some features or locally stored information to become unavailable.

11. Data Deletion Requests

Because Dele does not maintain user accounts or a server containing users' personal messages, statuses, or media, most personal content processed by Dele is stored locally on the user's device.

If you believe BREXOFT holds personal information relating to you through a third-party service used by Dele and would like to request its deletion, you may contact us using the email address below. We will review the request and take appropriate action where applicable.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of Dele after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective indicates acknowledgment of the changes.
